- How does billing work?
- Each tier has a monthly base covering an included roster of active officers. Officers beyond that roster bill at the tier’s published per-officer rate, prorated when you add them. Administrative and management accounts are not billed.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the current period; downgrades take effect at the end of it. If a higher tier would cost you less for your roster, the pricing calculator says so.
